Bake Salmon

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 ounce salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces

  • 2 tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp chili flake


DIRECTIONS:


Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven (toaster oven) to 450 degrees F.

  2. Rub liberally with olive oil then coat roast evenly with Montreal Steak Season and salt

  3. Place salmon, skin side down, on a non-stick baking sheet.

  4. Bake until salmon is cooked through for approximately 15-20 minutes.

  5. Transfer serving dish. Season to taste as needed.
